Matterport 3D Tour can be seen anywhere one can open a link. You can use it on social media platforms, embed it to your website, add it to the property listing, use it for marketing and advertisement. For businesses that have Google Business account we can also integrate your Matterport 3D Tour to Google Street View.

Matterport 3D Tour requires an enormous amount of data and bandwidth, which is why they are stored in cloud on special high speed servers. Matterport uses Amazon Web Services as host for its spaces. This is very important for a number of reasons, but mainly performance. For all real estate projects we provide 6 months of web hosting included. For commercial projects we include 1 year of web hosting. Web hosting can be extended for nominal fee of $50/6 months per space.

The Matterport 3D Tour cannot be downloaded and self-hosted since it requires a proprietary software in order to provide the interactive experience. But no worries, if you want to keep Matterport 3D Tour for memory purposes you can create own Free Matterport account and we can transfer your 3D Space to it. Keep in mind that free account doesn’t allow you to share your 3D space with others though.

2D Snapshots are images extracted directly from Matterport 3D Tour. They are wide angle MLS ready web size images (2048px on the long edge) with 16:9 aspect ratio.

DSLR photos are taken with dedicated professional camera and provide excellent quality and dynamic range along with better color science. We carefully compose each shot to make the property look its best and to highlight all features and selling points. Photos are edited and color corrected after and exported to comply with local MLS.

Buyers have come to depend on SCHEMATIC FLOOR PLANS to visualize the space. Floor plans are also great for offline use and printing. They include measurement of the common areas and accurate 1-2% of reality. You get both PNG and PDF file for each floor separately and all floors together. 

Yes, our Matterport 3D Tour real estate package includes RMS calculations. Measurements are acquired using Materport Pro 2 laser camera for the interior area which are than extrapolated to include the thickness of the exterior walls recorded with a tape measure according to RMS regulations for extrapolating exterior measurements. Our laser cameras are accurate 1% of reality (Alberta RMS standards stipulate maximum square footage errors of 2% so we easily meet those requirements). We also carry Professional insurance, also known as Error & Omissions insurance for your peace of mind.

When you book Matterport 3D Tour online you have an option to included basement and its measurements. Please note that in this case its square footage will count toward total square footage and may affect the tier/pricing selected. 

PROPERTY VIDEO TOUR  is professional cinematic video filmed with advanced camera set up and edited to the music that suits property style. Its main purpose to upsell and highlight property unique features, create very strong first impression and invite to explore listing in depth. They generate high click-through rate and ideal for paid advertisements and for greater social media exposure. Also, used to stand out and build a stronger brand by real estate professionals.

Yes, we do both aerial photography and videography. Our photographers hold active Advanced Pilot Certification and can operate drones in most of the areas. Please note, there are some restricted areas that require us to submit application at least few days in advance, and also there are some no-fly areas. Please, contact us directly if you need clarification whether we can operate our drones at where your project located. All drone operations are subject to weather conditions.

When you book online you will be given an option to select from drop down menu whether you personally or home owner will provide access to the property. You can also choose to provide access code to the property if there is no one going to be there.

You are not required to be on site while we photograph the property. The scanning/photography process can be time consuming and most real estate professionals prefer to provide provide access to the property and leave. It is also best for us if there are no other people/pets at the property during photography, especially when scanning property for Matterport 3D Tour. If absolutely must you are welcome to stay on site during the entirety of the scan, but you will be guided by the photographer regarding where you can be so as not to appear in the 3D tour or video.

Please, make sure that property is ready according to this CHECKLIST before photographer arrives. The home owner must be very careful to make sure the entire area is well presented. Our photographers may do minor adjustments to the position and location of items but they ARE NOT responsible for moving items and will capture property as is. Photographer will need to access EVERY room or part of the property to complete all scanning and measurements needed in order to provide RMS calculations (if applicable).

There is no travel fee for properties located within Edmonton area (includes Sherwood park, St.Albert). Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Fort Saskatchewan, Devon, Leduc, Ardrossan, Morinville -$25 Travel Fee. Properties located farther away – $0.50/km of travel.

It is easy and convenient to book any of our real estate services ONLINE. You can even look up availability calendar what makes it much easier for you to find time that works best for your client as well. After you booked our service you will receive confirmation email and 24 hours reminder. From confirmation email you can also reschedule or cancel your booking if something unexpected happens. Turnaround time for Matterport 3D Tour is within 48 hours, but usually we deliver next business day (we are closed on Sundays). HDR photographs are delivered next business day. Property Video Tours are delivered within next two business days. For bigger commercial projects delivery times may be longer.

We deliver files to our customers via WeTransfer. Download link will be sent to the email provided by you during online booking. Simply click on the download link to download zip file to your device. 

We will send you Invoice next day after the scheduled photography. You can pay your invoice by Credit Card, Bank Payment or eTransfer (please, include Invoice number with your transfer). Full payment is required before we send all files to you (unless otherwise agreed upon). Once payment received, files will be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

Visualizeit retains all rights to delivered material including but not limited to Matterport 3D tours,2D snapshots, schematic floor plans, HDR photos or videos supplied to the client. All delivered material produced for the client is licensed, not sold, and may be used by the client for all marketing purposes associated with the property in accordance with the current Canadian Copyright Law Bill C11. A Client who orders Matterport 3D Tour, in addition to the Visualizeit Terms and Conditions, is subject to the Matterport Terms of Service. By allowing us to publish your 3D tour imagery to Google Maps, Street View and Earth, you indicate your acceptance of Google’s Maps Photo & Video Policy.
