Please ensure that the property is ready for photography according to our Preparation Checklist. Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled photography to turn on lights and adjust furniture and window coverings .

On average, typical residential property photography may take anywhere from 1.5 to 5 hours, depending on the service/packages selected. The exact time for each service/package is displayed during online booking and also in the appointment confirmation email.

Our typical delivery for residential MLS photography packages is the next business day. For even faster results, you can select our rush delivery option during checkout to receive your photos and measurements the following morning. 

Yes. For every successful referral, you receive $50 worth of credits that you can use during your next payment. Please make sure to give your account’s specific referral code to the referring person when they place their booking.

All residential MLS photography follows a pay-to-download model. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and Interac e-Transfers via our secure payment portal. Commercial clients are offered NET 30 terms, with payments accepted through credit card, e-Transfer, or cheque.

Yes, we do. We use iGuide laser systems to measure the property in accordance to RECA RMS.  iGuide measurements have been proven as industry most reliable way of measuring residential properties.

For your peace of mind, we carry both Professional liability insurance (Errors & Omissions) and General liability insurances.

While our primary service area is Edmonton and its surrounding communities, we are available for projects throughout Alberta. Please note that a travel fee will apply for locations outside our standard radius.

Complimentary travel is included for all services within Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert. For locations outside these areas, travel fees are automatically calculated based on the property’s address. Any applicable charges will appear as a transparent ‘Travel Fee’ line item during your booking process.

Yes, all our drone operators holding valid Advanced Operations Pilot Certificates.

We know plans can shift! To ensure our photographers’ time is respected and to cover administrative costs, changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. In the event a session is cancelled once our photographer has arrived on-site, a $100 fee will apply.

All delivered materials produced by Visualizeit including but not limited to photos, videos, floorplans may be used by the agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s self promotion in accordance with local MLS rules for the duration of listing, and must not be distributed to a third party without written permission. All the images and videos will be copyrighted by the photographer, and licence granted only to the agent and NOT to any third party.
