- What 3D Virtual Tour is ?

3D Virtual Tour is a simulation of an existing location composed of a sequence of 360 degree still images. Tours are captured by omnidirectional camera, also known as 360 degree camera. Using a special stitching software with powerful vision algorithms dozens of images are combined together in a virtual tour. Post editing includes white balancing and color grading. As a result, you get a final seamless virtual tour. It is hosted online and can be shared across Internet as a URL link, easily can be embedded to any website with the code provided, be a part of your MLS listing or even uploaded to the Google Maps.

-Why is it called interactive tour?

Our 3D Virtual Tour is not just a sequence of 360 degree  photos of the property. It is a dynamic tour where users are able to control where they want to navigate and what and how they want to see. We can also embed different types of information such as text, links, pictures and even videos into your tour.

- What area do you cover?

We are located in Edmonton, Alberta where most of our projects are. However, we are always ready to travel as long as your property located within 100 km radius area from city. Travel fee of $0.50/km applies.

- Where can I see the tour?

The virtual tour can be seen anywhere one can open a link. You can use it on your social media platforms, embed it to your website, add it to property listing, MLS listing, Realtor.ca website listing or use it for marketing and advertisement. For commercial properties and businesses we can also upload your virtual tour to Google Street View.

- Are the 3D Virtual Tours viewable on mobile devices, tablets and VR?

Yes. Virtual tours compatible for viewing on any device, be it desktop, tablet, mobile or VR headset.

- How long my tour is hosted online?

3D Virtual Tour require an enormous amount of data and bandwidth, which is why they are stored in cloud on special high speed servers.We provide complimentary hosting of your tour for up to 3 months free of charge. After that you have an option of extending it for a small fee of $50/year. Your tour can be hosted for indefinite period of time and can be deleted at anytime you wish.

- How long does it take to shoot a property?

The average time spent on-site for typical property that less than 2000 sq.ft. is approximately 1 hour for virtual tour itself. Allow more time if you also want to include high resolution property images along with your tour.

- How do i prepare my property for virtual tour photography?

De-clutter as much as possible. Put away toys, clothing, dishes, towels, shoes etc. Hide away everything that you don’t want to be in your virtual tour. Ensure property is clean and spotless. Replace burnt out light bulbs as photographer will need light in most rooms. Clean mirrors, countertops and glass surfaces. Remove from view personally identifiable information or extremely valuable objects.

- How long does it take to receive my tour?

You should expect to receive your tour within 48 hours from the day of shooting for average size home. However, it may be longer for a larger or custom  projects. We will do our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible.

- How do you send a virtual tour to me?

When your tour is ready, we email you a URL link to the virtual tour as well as code for embedding it to your website. You will also receive a link where you can download images or walk through video if they were requested.

- What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, you can pay for our service in form of cash, E-Transfer or through PayPal. We will provide you invoice at the day of shooting. Balance is due in three calendar days. You will also receive a receipt once it is confirmed.

- How long does it take for the virtual tour and photos to appear on Realtor.ca?

Although we send the material immediately upon completion, it can take up to 24 hours for Realtor.ca to update the material on it’s national database.

- Can my tour be integrated with Google Maps?

Our platform offers Google Maps integration. However the  3D model tours are higher end than Google maps, so realtors and commercial properties prefer those on their website, which include the full 3D Dollhouse model alongside the 3D virtual tour. All tours can be added onto the Google Maps platform, which increases viewership immensely. There is also one time fee of $50 to upload your tour to Google Maps.
